All our actions then are more clear and efficient. &#8220;Journeys&#8221; include struggles as they do include the peaks of success, we welcome the duality of it.<\/p>\n<p>My personal experience of silence, \u00a0in diverse extreme situation of my own &#8220;journeys&#8221; \u00a0has significantly changed and reshaped me and my work over more than 25 years.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the simplest breathing techniques and \u2018brain-heart coherence\u2019, I work on the basis of the trained \u2018neutral space\u2019 and clear communication in my courses and events and one to one sessions.<\/p>\n<p>I still \u00a0integrate reflexology and craniosacral osteopathy to stabilize the nervous system and strengthen the immune system in my body treatments.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00abHave roots and spread your wings\u00bb<\/h2>\n<p>With my experience from over 25 years of working in therapy with chronic pain and accident patients, with clients in burn-out therapy and prophylaxis and systemic coaching, I am there for you to strengthen your roots and encourage you to fly.<\/p>\n<h2>Bodywork and healing<\/h2>\n<p>For me, the body is the expression and memory of our history, thoughts and the home of our soul.<br \/>\nThat is why I have undergone intensive trainings and further trainings in various areas of bodywork:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certified massage therapist: specially in \u00a0Reflexology (whole body and feet) and lymphatic-drainage-therapy<\/li>\n<li>Specialised massage schools: Cellsan, Bio Medica, Oexle Michael, Zurich<\/li>\n<li>Craniosacral osteopathy:\n<ul>\n<li>Dr Rudolf Merkel (Zurich) Cranio-Sacral-Therapy<\/li>\n<li>Specialisation in neurovisceral osteopathy with Dr Harald Faltz, Hamburg<\/li>\n<li>Olaf Korpiun (School for Body Therapy, Zurich) Cranio-Sacral-Therapy<\/li>\n<li>Dr Robert Norett (Colorado Institute Zurich, Los Angeles) Osteopathy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Systemic work &#8211; seeing people in their context<\/h2>\n<p>Every person brings their own world with them, and for me this is precisely where the strength of systemic approaches lies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Solution-focused short-term counselling\/NLP:<\/strong> Werner Herren, Aarau Institute<\/li>\n<li><strong>Symbol work according to C.G. As a young woman, I worked on a nursing ward in the palliative care unit of the Bircher Benner Clinic. This profound experience had a strong influence on my life and my work as a young person.<br \/>\nIn seminars with Jorgos Canacakis (1990) and Gabriel Looser, I learnt how much transformation and strength lies in parting and new beginnings. That is why I have always focussed my work on accompanying people in transitional phases.<\/p>\n<h2>Meditation &#8211; presence, devotion, humility<\/h2>\n<p>Meditation has been with me since my youth.
